Biff

Meet Biff.

Biff found us a few years ago during the Hurricane Rita evacuation. He hasn't left since...well, I take that back.

He has a problem with escaping our backyard, and we have since installed an electric fence. However, a couple of times the fence has broken or we forgot to put his collar on, and he has been picked up by animal control. Supposedly, if your animal gets picked up twice, you are issued a citation. And I did. I went to court hoping to get my fine reduced since we have made significant efforts to keep him in our yard. No go. I still had to pay the full fine.

Part of me finds the whole thing comical. The other part is furious.
